How many nonprofit techies does it take to change a lightbulb?

None. That sort of technology is administrative expense, and grantmakers will only fund programmatic line items.

Two.

One to screw it in, and one to complain that an open source, environmentally-friendly, fair trade light bulb would have been more appropriate.

We'll get an intern to do it. Or maybe a volunteer.

We have a 7 year hardware replacement cycle. If your lightbulb burns out, we won't be able to afford a new one until 2015.

Hmmm...v.g. question. Perhaps someone ought to suggest light-bulb continuity as a NTC breakout for 2009?
